I love the fact that the grandson of the property is working his way up through his jobs at the site and that the front desk lady has worked there for years which gives me a great feeling as it's family owned and the workers have stayed with the faciility.

I didn't like that the rooms opened straight to the parking lot because I feel that my past experiences with Comfort Inn has been a building. It seems like it was another hotel that was take over and kind of renovated. There were new TVs but the building is what it is.

I thought the breakfast and the ballroom breakfast was served was wonderful. Large enough to accommodate all the guests and the food and quality as well as selection far surpassed my expectations.

We used their shuttle service for our cruise and was able to leave our vehicle on property and were relatively happy with it's service.

The staff at the hotel were great and location is right next to the big Ron Jon Surf Shop as well as many other sites and restaurants making it convenient.

If you like to know EVERYTHING, this is the place for you. It's as though your neighbors and everyone outside are in your room with you. Every conversation in the other rooms on 3 sides was clear and understandable. Nobody had to yell or even raise their voice in the least. I know the most intimate details of every bodily function of my neighbors on 3 sides and the itinerary of everyone outside. I've been in much cheaper motels where we couldn't hear anything.

We had made reservations online through ChoiceHotels.com and there was a mix up regarding our cruise departure point. When we arrived Stephanie went out of her way to assist us in finding a room for the night. She never lost her smile through all of the confusion and made what could have been a disaster a pleasant experience.

Clock radio unplugged and inop. Door bolt not working. Sink stopped up and slow to drain. Appearsnobody is checking things.
