We stayed there just for one night on our trip back to Miami. The motel si very big with a lot of rooms. We checked in at the front desk, but they didn't have room ready, so we just left our luggage and we came back on the evening. The girl at the front desk asked us if we wanted to sleep, we said yes, so she gave us an outside room, because the inside room are facing a pool and there is noise in the morning. The room was on the first floor and there is no elevator, we didn't have heavy luggage so it wasn't a problem, but it could be for someone, so if you are travelling with heavy baggage, ask for a first floor room.
The room was very clean, bot the carpet on the floor and the beds. Ours had two queen size beds, flat TV with cable channels, fridge and microwave. There is a big windows on the outside balcony so every person that walks there could see inside your room. The courtains are quite heavy so during the night it was quite dark. No noise, so we had a good sleep. WiFi is free and we had no problems connecting.
Parking is free but it's very limited compared with the number of rooms, we where lucky and we found a free place just in front of our room, but I think it was the last free space...
Breakfast is included but the breakfast room is too small for the number of beds and it was too crowded. We found it difficult to find a table. Once we found it, we saw that some thing were missing on the buffet: no juice (but they refilled) and no more pastries. I think that if you wake up early the breakfast should be good, but when it's crowded some things could be missing.
The motel is not on the beach, don't confuse this with the other La Quinta that is just next to the Cocoa Beach pier. Anyway if you want to go on the beach, it's just 5 minutes walk from there. Moreover, the area is full with restaurant and shops, so if you need something you will find it easily.
To sum up, the motel is very cleanand with confortable rooms, with just some little small problems, but it's very nice at the end and you get very good value for the money, as the price per night is quite cheap!
Room Tip: If you want to sleep chose an outside room, as the inside rooms are facing the pool and in the morni...
