Very good hotel, close to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Loved the morning breakfast that changed daily, the cleanliness, the laundry, the pool, the free internet. There was a happy hour at the hotel next door that had free wine and beer and one appetizer. I would recommend the hotel to get in-room safes and to include hair conditioners along with the shampoo.

We paid more for a room with a balcony & oceanview. Turns out all rooms have a balcony and oceanview, so that was $20 / night down the drain.

The hotel entrance was nice an got my hopes up... When we got to the room that was gone. It seems like they tried to update the room, but it still felt like a cheap highway motel room. Everything was damp and that made all our clothes smell after 2 nights.

It is however close to the beach, so we achieved our main goal....

The staff was friendly, but still the hotel was not even close to what I am used to when I stay in a Hampton Inn.

Bottom line: spend a few bucks more and go stay at the Hilton or the Four Points,

We stayed in the "suite" room, with 2 queens and pull out sofa with 5 people. My son said the pull out sofa was uncomfotable. The regular beds were great. Although the room size was not ideal for this many people, it was a great value. I had no problems with room cleanliness. AC worked great. Yes, there are exterior walkways, but in cocoa beach, it's great to be outside. I found the outdoor walkways a plus. Rooms have nice balconies, perfect for sitting or drying swimsuits. The breakfast was reasonably good and choices changed daily, which was nice. IHOP is just up the street if you want more. Room had 'fridge and microwave. Hotel has clean easy access laundry room. Nice pool, but small. A minimal walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. Ability to rent beach umbrellas and chairs a plus. I found many features I was hoping for but didn't expect and thought the value for the price paid was outstanding. We dd the cruise and snooze package for a Disney Cruise and it was perfect, no problems and found our car safe and ready to go upon return. Definitely recommended over similar hotels that are not on the beach. Also, room service was available from next door Marriott. We didn't use it, but was a nice extra!

My sister and I stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel was very nice, the amenities were great (breakfast, pool, beach access) and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we will be back and would definitely stay here again!
