This hotel is perfect for a family, couple, or friends get away. I have been staying here for over 13 years with all of the above. Although the decor hasn't changed in the rooms much, that is part of the charm! The lobby is very up to date, the staff welcoming and accommodating and the location is walking distance to food, shopping and the beach. The price is affordable and well worth it!

Found this place online before we made our way down to Florida, but hesitated on booking the room because we weren't sure if we would make it to Cocoa Beach before we needed to stop driving.
The good news was that we DID make it and this place had availability.
We booked the room @ the front desk, sight unseen - but from what I remember reading on the internet it seemed like it would work for us (we needed 3 beds).
Wow - what a STEAL.
We got a great deal on the room and we were all pleasantly surprised with the place.
It had one bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds, the other with a HUGE king), a little kitchenette area, kitchen table with 4 chairs, and a nice living area with a couple chairs and a sofa.
It was cozy, convenient and clean - only have a short walk to the beach.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
The gardens are cute, the pool is nice (and heated in the wintertime). All the guests seemed very nice and lots of them have been staying here for years.
Met a nice older couple from Illinois who come down every year and stay for literally MONTHS.
It was a really nice vibe at this place, older couples, younger couples, some families with children... nice mix.
Would stay here again - can't beat it for the price.

I spent a week here with some relatives. We chose it bcause we loved the colorful vintage Tiki vibe. It has beautiful mature tropical gardens, barbecue grills and a nice pool. The rooms are on the tired side, but clean. For the price, we were were happy campers. It's an easy walk to the beach if you are in the main section of the building. If your style leans to funky with beach town flavor, stay here. Otherwise go to the Hilton or Holiday Inn. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Love the full kitchen, two bedrooms. The four of us had a ball here and would definitely stay again. Great value.

I grew up coming to this hotel and now I am bringing my own family here. The location is wonderful and the beach access is so convenient. The rooms may be a little outdated decor wise, but you cannot beat the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room, and a grill outside your room. It is total apartment living! The staff has always been very accommodating to every request and has never disappointed us. The grounds are beautifully kept and have a very lush feel. We will be back again in April 2012
