We are staying at this Hotel pre and post cruise in April, so this is strictly a review on the service we've had so far. I had the pleasure of speaking to Angel, who was very friendly and helpful with our airport and cruise transporation. We got a great deal and an upgrade....thank you Angel! We are looking forward to staying there in a few months.

Great value, great location! Awesome shark tank and shop...stayed there before our Disney cruise-perfect!! Oh, don't stay there if u want amgood outdoor pool....it's located in the parking lot but we weren't there to swim so it didn't bother us!!!

My husband and I have always stayed at Four Points when we visit family in Coco Beach. We enjoy the location near the beach and enjoy the "Shark Tank" in the restaurant whenever we are there.
On our most recent visit we had our Chihuahua puppy with us (the hotel is pet friendly). After placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, we left the puppy in the room and headed for breakfast. A short time later, we returned to our room to find the puppy missing! We called his name and he appeared from around the hallway. WHEW! A maid had ignored the sign on the door, entered the room, and let him loose. We got back just in time to avert a tragedy.
The housekeeping staff neglected to clean our coffee pot one morning and neglected to replace the toilet paper on a different day. I would have to describe them as sloppy and careless.
We will probably stay there again, as our previous experiences have been positive. I hope our latest stay is not a sign of a declining trend.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton November 2-4 before departing on our honeymoon cruise. We had heard very mixed reviews about this hotel, but it's hard to find a decent place sometimes in Florida and we trust the Four Points Sheraton name. We were not disappointed.
The hotel decor is definitely geared towards younger families/couples....we thought it was great! The surf theme is so fun and really makes you appreciate the coastal Florida vibe. Our room was large - we had a king jacuzzi suite on the first floor. It was great having a separate sitting area, and the jacuzzi is right in the living room, so you can watch tv and enjoy a tub :) The pool at the hotel is a little small (and it's kind of in the parking garage), but it's closed off, and there's a pretty waterfall over the hot tub - we enjoyed it one night, and we were the only ones in it (I guess most people aren't concerned with a pool when the beach is so close).
We ate at the Shark Pit bar & grill (in the hotel) twice during our stay - the food, drinks and service was excellent both times. They have great deals on drinks, game night specials for sports fans, etc.
Ron Jon Surf shop (open 24 hours) is right across the street - what a fun store (it's huge!).

The only downside we found was there isn't a whole lot to do in Cocoa Beach. We expected that, as we chose that location for our pre-cruise stay only because it was so close to the pier (less than 15 min. drive which was great). The beach is beautiful, (only about 2 blocks away) but there isn't much to do other than that. We drove to Kennedy Space Centre, and the directions from Cocoa Beach were very straight forward - not a long drive at all.

Overall - this hotel is great. Like I said, the atmosphere is so fun and relaxed. I have no complaints about the hotel itself - enjoy!! :)
