We stayed at the Days Inn for one night before our cruise. The room was clean and included a small refrigerator and microwave. They now serve breakfast in their own space not at the Best Western. This hotel does consist of several buildings. We were in the one behind the "Gentleman's Club" and there were no issues of noise. We were right in front of the Cocoa Beach Pier so it made walking to the ocean very easy, just a couple of blocks. We also walked across A1A to eat at a Chinese restaurant which does a lot of business. For the price we paid, I felt it was a good deal considering the Best Western next door is $30 more per night.

This is more like a motel-feel hotel, but the rooms are very clean and tidy. A continental breakfast at the Best Western is included in the rates, which consists of hot and cold items. We were a group of 12 people who went to eat @ 9am and found that all the warm food was finished. There was no eggs, bacon or what so ever left. When asking the waitress, she appologised that there was more people than expected (which I do not understand as I'm sure they should be able to know by bookings?) We had cereals, but really expected them to maybe make some more food as we had 7 children with us...? Still, if you are visiting Cocoa Beach and are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, in a good location then go for this one!

The most important thing I wanted is that it was very clean. For what you pay, you get a good facility. It's not a Four Seasons but it's great and it does the job. The room was very big, the bathroom was ample, my room had a microwave and fridge and it was very affordable.

The staff was very helpful.
Wifi and breakfast were included which I thought sealed the deal.

This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel, although only for one night each time. It is in an ideal location being at the end of the pier, which has a couple of bars and places to eat.

The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are other shops and bars only a couple of blocks away.

The rooms are very clean and tidy and you also get a free continental breakfast at the Best Western, which is just across the street, which consists of hot and cold items.

If you are visiting Cocoa Beach and are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, in a good location then this is it!
