we stayed here for the weekend in Feb. the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, the housekeepers and maintenance men were also very friendly whenever we ran into them around the place, always a nice hello and how are you-this goes a long way to making one feel welcome! The oceanfront room was very nice, the pool was great and so warm! even on a cool day it was nice to have a swim in! As others mentioned we noticed the noise carrying from next door too, but that isn't the hotel's fault. one suggestion I would have liked was for the Air/Heat unit to have a "fan only" function as I have seen on other similar units that would help give some white noise. Overall excellent place we will definitely stay there again!
