Stayed here before departing on a cruise and it does the job well. It does not wow you, but is clean, comfortable and overall quite nice. The staff is friendly and will offer to help with things like arranging shuttles to the port.

The lobby of this hotel is very modern looking as had a nice breakfast area with a nice selection of foods and juices. Was able to order a breakfast sandwich, which was nice.

The rooms are comfortable and what you would expect. Nothing crazy, but comfortable and modern looking.

We stayed here for a half day and night before departing on the Carnival Dream. We chose this hotel bc we wanted beach access and a bit of a bigger room since we are a family of four. The hotel was fine, but no "wow" factor. I was surprised to hear another reviewer say the hotel had been recently updated because to me, the rooms seemed dated. The closet door was a bi-fold mirrored door with a crack in it, and the bathroom area hardly had any counter space. The lobby area was sleeker, and that portion obviously had been renovated recently. The beach was a seven minute walk away and enjoyable. We liked being able to shower off and jump in the pool. The small bar and cafe provided decent snacks, drinks and breakfast. The bartender and other hotel staff were pleasant.

My first stay at a Marriott hotel but hopefully not the last.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel, grounds, pool are and room very clean.

I took my 3 kids to this hotel for a 1 night getaway. The room was very spacious with 2 very comfy queen beds. The hotel sits a little ways off the beach but has very easy access to a very nice area on Cocoa Beach. From our room on the 7 floor to the sand was about a 5 minute walk, which included wait time for elevator. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the pool. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the price was reasonable. Very close to eateries; within walking distance. We'll return for a longer stay when when kids get out of school.
