“All round satisfaction and Great value”

Stayed for one night after a Royal Caribbean Bahamas cruise, check-in was seemless, as we're Priority members we got a free upgrade to a lovely suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast area was a little like a 'work-canteen', didn't like the disposable dishes/cutley - they need to think more green - but excellent selection of hot and cold foods and well stocked - just what you needed. Free parking.

It was in a good location to walk to the pier for a beer and bites that evening too.

We had to use the business facilities as we needed to print a hotel voucher for an upcoming stay in a different hotel (again US hotels not being green) and the access to the internet and printing was free ...... a pleasant change from the more expensive hotels I've stayed in who charge through the nose for both.

Particular mention to 'Lynn' who was so helpful and friendly.

All in all it was a short but great stay and great value for money. We had stayed in the Marriot court-yard down the road the night before the cruise - and out of the two this was my favourite.

“Great little Hotel with fabulous staff”

We stayed here before and after a recent cruise to the Bahamas. The manage, Jade, bent over backwards to be sure that we were satisfied with our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beach is a short, 2 block walk. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
One word of caution: If you book through Expedia, they may tell you that you can park your car there while you cruise, but that's wrong. In order to use the Holiday Inn's Park and Cruise package, you must book directly with them.

We just stayed one night but it was a great stay. We were upgraded to the cuddle and bubble suite and the free breakfast is a nice perk. Very clean, excellent service, comfy bed, great location...what more could one want?

“Home Sweet Home”

First off. I have never stayed in a hotel that would make me cookies upon request and have cold milk to enjoy with them as well. You really can't beat that.
Excellent customer service and they treat me like a family/staff member. Yes, I stay there more than home. A great location and great staff. But realy nice people too.

Please realize that these people have a heart too. Just because your travel planner or whomever mesed up your room reservation or rate. Or just because you don't get the upgrade that you think you deserve. BE NICE!!!!!! Remember they go home to families too. They put up with rudness and snotty people every day and still manage to smile.

And you people know who you are. BE NICE TO THESE HARD WORKERS!!!
I would not stay anywhere else! My home away from home.

Cruise people please park in spots further out so the regulars have a decent parking spot.
