I reserved on line and got there early, was very nice and let me check in. First night hookers were working out of there and the law was called as one man got his neck cut and was bleeding all over the lobby. that went on for several hours then things calmed down...So O.K. I will give them that one, things happen...2nd night. here comes 4/5 cop cars about 1;30 and park right outside my door( I was on bottom floor) and start arresting people right above me that was in a fight, so for the next 3 hours the cops are right outside my door screaming at other people on the other floors to return to their rooms( on lookers) and all you hear was people cussing screaming and fighting ...Cops putting people in cars and fighting with hookers and others that was in fights.....Please dont bring your family here....it is not safe....I told the guy at the desk the next morning that I had not slept all night,but he just said sorry....Cops words They have a major problem here but manager want admit it....Please be safe, go somewhere else....If you do go there, well you have been warned....If you doubt me, call police dept and ask them if you need to stay there...dont like to give bad reviews but this is for your familys safety.

There were a few things I was diappointed about this hotel:

1. The large breakfast room they show online is far from the truth. It was a hotel room turned into a breakfast area with only three tables and everyone had to crowd around to make breakfast. The breakfast choices were as cheap as you could possibly get and the sanitation factor was zero. I would recommend paying for your breakfast at a local restaurant.

2. It seems as if most of the guest were locals who were renting a room. The atmosphere was kinda creepy for a family stay and having small children.

3. Wasn't happy that I reserved a room two days prior at a good price only to pay more upon checking out. I asked the clerk why the price change and he lied to me by saying it was in demand. Of course, there were plenty of rooms.

Consumer beware! This place is ok for the price, but the place reaks of dishonesty and don't be surprised if you don't get what you were coming here for. The place is run by foreigners and they are very eager to take your hard earned money and blow alot of smoke up you rear end.

A family member book several room for families member, coming to her wedding for the weekend. I arrive late in the afternoon my room was on the second floor, the room had an odor also had small roaches. I could not relocate because of short notice and traveled with my small toddle. I will never let anyone book reservation for me before reading the review on the hotel. Also this hotel had guest who had made this there home.

I'll start by saying we didn't expect much when we booked this hotel because the price was so cheap online $59 for the one night. All we needed was a bed to rest our heads for a few hours before boarding our week long cruise out of Port Canaveral, which is only about 15 minute away. We did check under the mattress for bed bugs and all was clear. The staff were very friendly people who did recommend a great place to eat seafood just down the road from the hotel (Corky Bells Seafood). Several problems with our room were, the phone did not work at all so we just used our cells. The faucets in shower were very hard to adjust to the right temperature. Then the overall look of the place is pretty shabby its needs renovations badly. Our room # was 309
