There were a few things I was diappointed about this hotel:

1. The large breakfast room they show online is far from the truth. It was a hotel room turned into a breakfast area with only three tables and everyone had to crowd around to make breakfast. The breakfast choices were as cheap as you could possibly get and the sanitation factor was zero. I would recommend paying for your breakfast at a local restaurant.

2. It seems as if most of the guest were locals who were renting a room. The atmosphere was kinda creepy for a family stay and having small children.

3. Wasn't happy that I reserved a room two days prior at a good price only to pay more upon checking out. I asked the clerk why the price change and he lied to me by saying it was in demand. Of course, there were plenty of rooms.

Consumer beware! This place is ok for the price, but the place reaks of dishonesty and don't be surprised if you don't get what you were coming here for. The place is run by foreigners and they are very eager to take your hard earned money and blow alot of smoke up you rear end.

A family member book several room for families member, coming to her wedding for the weekend. I arrive late in the afternoon my room was on the second floor, the room had an odor also had small roaches. I could not relocate because of short notice and traveled with my small toddle. I will never let anyone book reservation for me before reading the review on the hotel. Also this hotel had guest who had made this there home.

I'll start by saying we didn't expect much when we booked this hotel because the price was so cheap online $59 for the one night. All we needed was a bed to rest our heads for a few hours before boarding our week long cruise out of Port Canaveral, which is only about 15 minute away. We did check under the mattress for bed bugs and all was clear. The staff were very friendly people who did recommend a great place to eat seafood just down the road from the hotel (Corky Bells Seafood). Several problems with our room were, the phone did not work at all so we just used our cells. The faucets in shower were very hard to adjust to the right temperature. Then the overall look of the place is pretty shabby its needs renovations badly. Our room # was 309

I had read reviews and was kind of scared on what we would find , But we were pleasantly surprized on how nice it was. It is an older hotel the room we were in had been redone, it was clean, we had a king size bed with a small love seat or sofa had a large TV inside cabinet. Bath room had new tile it had new paint thru out and was decorated nicly now it wasnt the Ritz Carlton but we didn't pay the price for the Ritz either
I would stay here again gladly and I will tell me friends and Family about it. Oh and another thing we left our van for a week there with no problems either they aranged shuttle tranport to and from port,. On the way to the port my husband asked me if I had locked the van well I didn't so I called back to the hotel and the lady that ran the front dish was nice eough to go out and lock it up for us
