This hotel is worse than terrible. When we checked in we went to our room to find a strong smell of sewage. We went back to the front desk to ask for a new room and told them about the smell.They acted suprised of the smell and gave us a new room on the 2nd floor. We walked to our room and found the sewage smell in various areas around the property. The smell was not noticable in the room but the room was dirty; including hair in the tub. The next morning we went down for the free continental breakfast to wait in line behind the cleaning crew to get what was left and wait for circuit breakes to be reset as you can't use the toaster at the same time as the microwave. Acctual address is 20354 US Hwy 27 about 4 miles down the road from the address listed. The reason for this deception is so when you look on Google maps you won't see the sewage treatment plant directly behind the hotel. The hotel is 40 miles from the attractions. We were booked for the week at this hotel but did not return after the first night. When my wife called and told then of our experience she asked them about the sewage plant the person she was speaking with giggled as she adimtted they do get complaints of the plant, but we were not offered a refund.

We have stayed here in the past, each time we go back it goes down hill a bit more. they had small fridges/microwaves - they are now gone & they will put one in room for a fee, We get a smoking room - they back of the building - very creepy. People sitting in cars. I think they rent some of the rooms by the hour.

I stayed here with my daughter's softball team for a weekend tournament and was leery about this place, especially because they offered us a too good to be true rate. But it wasn't bad. The rooms had no frills but were clean which was more important to me. The air conditioning worked well, there was no funny smell in the room, which was a relief. The beds were not the most comfortable. The staff was friendly and check in/check out was very fast and easy. The pool and pool area were very nice. Great spot to hang out at night. Plenty of tables and chairs. There is a washer and dryer on site. It is $2 ( in quarters) for each. There is not much in the area. It is about a 10 minute drive to the restaurants, which was fine for us. Continental breakfast consisted of cereals,bagels,pastry,muffins,toast,juice,coffee,tea,hot chocolate. I would actually stay here again for a short stay with the team.

clean and comfortable the price was right. no restaurant near by. just a gas station. if passing thou I'd stay again ..
