We stayed at 1304 South Beach Circle Fiesta Key.

Great experience staying in at the property. I must say that, the property was very well maintained and was very clean. The house was in excellent condition had everything we required. Plus, it was in a good location and near to almost everything major in Orlando. The customer service provided by the property management company and the owners were also excellent.

One concern I had was dropping the key. The rental office is located a bit far away from the property (almost 10miles). I don’t mind picking up the keys from the rental office, but dropping off the key was a bit of a pain as we had to travel almost 10miles at 4.00 am in the morning. It would have been much easier if they had a drop box or something located outside the property to drop the key so that renters of the property does not have to travel 10 miles just to drop the key.

Yes they did have the express checkout option, but would charge $20 to take the key to office, which I think is not fair.

This was such a pleasant surprise as we were worried about renting a villa for the first time.
We stayed in Davenport, FL. The check in was in Clermont but this was not a problem for us. The home was everything we needed and more. You do need to stock up with supplies for the time of your stay, which we expected. We went to the home firat and made a list of things we needed and went to the local supermarket and got the things we needed.
We will definitely be using IPG again when we go back in October 2010.

I definitely will never use a hotel again after staying in a holiday home. You have so much space and in Paradise Palms you even have your own pool club house with all the amenities you could ask for.

The first night after dinner we were going to do dishes and there is absolutely no dish washing soap or detergent for the dish washer. There was no hand soap or paper towels. I'm in the hotel business and when you rent some accommodations with kitchen you have to provide enough dish washing deterget so the guest would at least have time to buy their ownWhen I called them to ask why we did not have any of that stuff they told me they only provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and though we have 3 baths we only had one and a half rolls. Also the floors in the bathrooms were very filthy and some extra blankets they put in the closets were stained. There was no towel shower mat just a regular shower mat that was so nasty and filthy that I was hesitant to stand on it barefooted.Also the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever When me and my family go on trips like that we like to stay in a vacation home rather than a hotel and we had never had such a bad experience when we have rented thru another company. It really was a dispointment
