Stayed at a villa in Davenport Florida which was run by IPG, we have stayed in a Florida villa before but first time via IPG through an Expedia package.
The villa was ok, crumbs down side of sofa, floor needed a thorough sweep and dead frogs at bottom of pool but we managed through that issue, even though they charge you an extra $75 for cleaning!
Not happy that you had to vacate before 10am, and not before cleaning all towels in a 90mins washing machine cycle so opted to pay $75 for an extension to 1pm
Our biggest issue was the air conditioning, being tourists we were not familiar with the temperature controller, we followed IPG's instructions which warned not to do many things! so all we tried was to press arrows up or down which didn't make a difference, the Florida weather in October is very temperamental mainly warm but can get very cool in days and nights so needed total control but unaware to us according to IPG we "froze" the air con, we only found out about that nearly 2weeks after returning home and they had taken €120(£75) from my credit card!!
I emailed them and all they sent was blurred pics along with an email stating that we had turned the setting too low!
I emailed back stating that surely a complicated system that could be broken/damaged should not be in a rental home, but surprisingly got no reply:(
I even contacted an air con company in Florida who stated that this is a common problem in basic units but is easily rectified with very little maintenance at a cost of €85 and I'm sure IPG would have their own company or sub contract at a much lower cost
The only danger is that you have to give your credit on checking in so be warned
In my opinion...not tourist friendly
