We should stand together and let them pay...vacation is ruined...
Bad experience ever….. First, I am not a cheap shopper(I am diamond VIP with Hilton). I paid for an expensive package for summer bay but was treated like criminal. They are reluctant to help and lack of customer care.
I contacted BBB but it did not help. After BBB stepped in, summer bay is still not looking for resolving this dispute at all, with No courtesy to their customers at all.
I will go for further legal pursuit on our property as well as emotional damage. Money cannot buy back people's ruined vacation. So far, I have gathered supporting evidences from 7 pissed customers. Let us stand as a group and let them pay…a big time… Please contact me ASAP and spread the words.
