We should stand together and let them pay...vacation is ruined...
Bad experience ever….. First, I am not a cheap shopper(I am diamond VIP with Hilton). I paid for an expensive package for summer bay but was treated like criminal. They are reluctant to help and lack of customer care.
I contacted BBB but it did not help. After BBB stepped in, summer bay is still not looking for resolving this dispute at all, with No courtesy to their customers at all.
I will go for further legal pursuit on our property as well as emotional damage. Money cannot buy back people's ruined vacation. So far, I have gathered supporting evidences from 7 pissed customers. Let us stand as a group and let them pay…a big time… Please contact me ASAP and spread the words.

We stayed in this hotel for our New Year's vacation. The place was terrible. The linens and towels were not clean. There was someone's hair all over the linens and towels.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Inn. I was able to use the amenities at the Summerbay Resort across the highway. A shuttle was also available to transport me to the resort or the Denny's that was also across the road., I had a microwave and refridgerator in the room. If you are just looking for a good motel close to attractions but out of the really high traffic surrounding Disney this is the place.
I did ;purchase my week end at Summerbay from a timeshare marketer so I expected the timeshare pitch. I figure the two 'disney tickets were worth the hassle. I enjoyed the New Years Eve pool party (with live entertainment).
I have stayed at the actual resort twice so I knew what was available and how to use it.
The staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful.

Has anyone here had any luck getting a refund,and or thought about contacting the Better Business Bureau or even the Department of Health maybe if a group of us stand up to the way Summer Bay in scamming people, lack of customer concern and the condition of the hotel we'll be able to help other people before this happens to other people.I havent even stayed at the hotel but I booked it once I read the reviews I refuse to stayed with my kids and Summer Bay refuse to help me other then to say pay more to upgrade which is point less because I've paid over $200 for 1 for a hotel thats only $40 a night that misleading in its self and 2 is the Holiday really an upgrade. Im gonna look into what can be done by the Florida officials this cant possibly be legal...
