the property itself is very nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful!!! it's on the grounds of summer bay which has beautiful grounds and you can use their facilities. pools are very well kept up!! room was nice and comfortable. cribs though are tiny. free breakfast was very nice with eggs, french toast, cereals, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, coffee and more.

Very clean room, staff was haelpfull. breakfast was pretty good, bed a little hard for us, but all in all a nice place to stay

The staff was nice and the breakfast was great but non of it made up for the very uncomfortable beds in the rooms.

While I rate this property as "average" the price cannot be beat. The rooms are bare bones, the pool by the hotel buildings is not exactly the most inviting, but there are other pools in the condo complex that are worth the walk or drive to. The free breakfast is plentiful and for those with a large family, for the price, the very, very basic, outdated rooms can be overlooked by breakfast. Beware, however, that the breakfast room is ALWAYS packed and you can find yourself waiting for a table even.

In addition, I give the kids activities just 2/5 because you have to drive to other areas of the complex to attend them. However, there is an abundance of activities.

Upon arrival, the room smelled like such an awful, chemical cleaner that it was almost sickening. Since the windows don't open, it took a day with the a/c on to get the smell out.

Again, though, the room was such a reasonable price, I would take my chances and stay here again.
