We stayed here in October 2011. We were in town for a relatives wedding and came a few days early for some relaxation. We enjoyed the room, the pools, the kid"s splash park, the small beach and everything else. We did not experience any issues and would love to return.

Checked in here on Sunday into the villas but did not care for the arrangement of the balcony, did not need the second bedroom so they moved us to building 406 into a one bedroom which is quite comfortable and the balcony is private and secure. The couch and chair are very comfortable. The unit is very clean. The pool by our unit is very warm and wonderful. We could probably stay in it all day. It is not real deep and goes from 0 depth. There are several smaller pools for the units, a huge pool by the clubhouse, an additional huge pool by the 600 series buildings and there is a created beach by the clubhouse. They also have houses with their own pools. The units range from one to three bedrooms. The balconies are very pleasant to sit on most of the day. The people in the office were very nice.
Yes it is a timeshare and although we did not opt to participate, I did not find them pushy about attending. We got one extra phone call and since then they have left us alone. It is not far from Disney- if looking at a map it is very close the intersection of rt 27 and 192.
Nearby there is a walmart, public and walgreens. Down the road there ias a target and several dependable chain restaurants. We especially like Millers Ale House for their specials.
There are activities offered every day and they offer a shuttle to Disney but do not know much about that since we did not use it.
We stayed here last year and came back again this year. I have read that people say some very negative things. We did care for our first unit but when we went back and talked to them they did their best to see that we were taken care of so we are very satisfied.

We are a new member with Berkshire Concepts and were able to book a 4bdr/sleeps 16 people for an entire week for only $659 that is an incredible deal for this property....they have great amenities here and it is very close to the Disney property in which they have a free shuttle . Also we did NOT have to go to a timeshare presentation. when you figure it out this only cost $41 per person for the whole week "I don't think you can beat that" 4 bdrm (16/Full)

Overall the property is beautiful. The rooms need an update. 10 minute drive to Disney parks and located near plenty of shopping. We stayed for 4 nights. We received 3 day Disney park tickets (2 adult and 2 children) in exchange for doing a 90 minute presentation/tour which actually lasted for 3 hours. We paid $200 a night for a 2 bedroom Condo INCLUDING the park tickets so we definately got a deal and I can't complain! I wouldn't buy a timeshare there as there are better deals with Marriot or other companies. Plus we weren't so impressed with the presentation. If your going to Disney this place is definately worth a try though the rooms are not 5 Star!
