During our week stay we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and facilities well maintained. Great value for the price! Definitely stay there again. Location great for getting to Beaches, Tampa and sports stadiums both sides of Tampa Bay.

Was "forced" into this so-called hotel due to the Indy race that had all the other rooms booked nearby. I should have realized that there was a reason there were rooms available. It was horrid. The lady at the desk was pleasant and nice enough but that was as far as it went. The room was putrid, the bed was lousy (literally), and the "amenities" consist of a small TV. There was a refrigerator and stove but neither was particularly clean. I was booked for 3 nights but left after one and found a room several miles away.

I stayed at this hotel recently in July for 2 back to back weekends. The first time I stayed in a room on the 1st floor, the room was surprisingly clean. I had to return the bed spread to the front desk clerk due to hair found on it but she promptly gave me a new clean spread. The hallway near the room smelled of smoke I believe it was because I was near a smoking room, However for the price tag with tax of $138 for a 3 night stay it was a pretty good deal and did not deter me from returning. On my second stay I was in a room on the 3rd floor that was impeccably clean and no smoke smell and all the linens were very clean as well. it was quiet and peaceful and near the stairway. The girl at the front desk Contessa impressed me by knowing my name by hard when I returned and had the paperwork ready for me. she was also very nice and helpful. For the money, I would say that this hotel was a good deal.

We stayed here after arriving in Tampa after 1 in the morning after a missed flight else where. We didn't want to spend a lot of money since we were just staying the night and driving out in the morning. We arrived there with a drunken lady out front and in the lobby actig crazy, I have a 3 year old so I didn't want her around such uncontrolable craziness. The place has an extremely strong smoke smell, maybe due to the drunk lady, who knows. The room was dark and I guess for the price you couldn't expect much else. I would never stay here again I didn't want to get in the sheets it was extrememly grimmey feeling and the bath room was all stained up the kitchen looked dirty. The noise outside the room all night was unimaginably horrible!! You can see the light all around the door all 4 sides so you can hear every single sound of anyone. Horrible night sleep. If it wasn't almost 2 in the morning at this point and my 3 year old wasn't passed out I would have left in a heart beat. I'm sure there is way better places to stay for around the same amount, I would have payed more to avoid this place!!!
