The hotel is very clean and modern in appearance and the staff is very friendly. However, the lack of amenities in the hotel rooms (fridge, wireless, etc) and the terrible quality of the pool and spa, I would have to rate this low as a Marriott property. If you are traveling with kids, best to look at other comparibly priced options in the area.

Clean, upgraded, satisfactory. But nothing special. Internet access is not via wifi unless you are in the lobby. 3rd floor guest rooms wont pick that up. The internet is provided by an ethernet connection, but if you dont carry a cord with you, you have to borrow one from the front desk. And sign an agreement saying you can be charged $10 if you don't return it. The font desk is not overly friendly. Not rude, but I had to actually say something while standing there before the employee looked up from the smart phone they were messing with behind the counter.
There are a ton of hotels in this area. This one is inexpensive, but the experience may match the price.

My huaband and I travel alot, and I have to say that the staff at this hotel go out of the way to help you from the time you walk in the door. They are friendly and helpful. Most other hotels don't want to be botherd after chek in, but the staff at the Fairfield Inn was alway happy to help.
The rooms where beautiful (I found out at that the hve been reciently renovated) and always clean. Great place to stay.

My family and I came to the area for vacation after I finished up some business in Tampa. We used my business trip to get a family vacation in over spring break as well. As a frequent business traveler as well as a family traveler, I could tell that the Fairfield Inn was the perfect hotel for either business or pleasure. You could tell that the hotel had recently underwent a complete renovation and is still in beautiful condition. You could also tell that the staff spends a lot of time to keep the hotel as beautiful as it was the day the renovation was complete.

The breakfast that is served is filling and the options are fantastic. I made my son a waffle, while my wife enjoyed some lovely oatmeal with walnuts and dried cranberries. At most hotels you have to buy breakfast or there is a small continental breakfast. At this Fairfield the breakfast could feed a small army!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A gentleman named Willam helped my wife with directions and was very helpful. All in all this was one of the best hotel stays I have had. My family felt safe and comfortable and it was as if we were in our own home.
