Summary: Pricey and dirty socks.
As a long time member of the Priority Club, I use Holiday Inns now and then but continue to find them wanting in many areas.

Value for price paid is my major issue. Given that I got a “discount” and some small perks as a Club Member, the overall impressions from this property were “average” and too much money for what they offered.

The room was fine, reasonably clean except of an old, dirty sock on the floor right next to the bed, where anyone who cared in cleaning would have easily seen it and standing out to me as I entered the room.

Plenty of airport noise.

Great staff at front desk and lots of effort to make guests comfortable. It would be a good bargain at half the price.

The hotel is a very nice, the staff couldnt be nicer and more available to help. The rooms and lobby area have been totally updated. There are several restaraunts in the area and the hotel is convienient to the beach, 275, and the airport.

From check-in until departure this hotel proved to be great! The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend that everyone enjoy the great breakfast they offer. The breakfast seemed to be a step above what I normally get at other hotels. The sports bar was probably the best part of the place. They offer a wide range of drinks as well as very good food. The 10-12 large screen televisions provide sporting events of all types! Wiff definately stay here again!

Arriving at 10:00pm on Friday evening with 122 kids, 9 instructors, 9 Chaperons, and approximately 40 parents, we were cheerfully welcome by the awesome staff, which was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Knowing the size of our group, they were ready with rooms and keys so the kids got to bed on time. Before loading the buses, the next morning the friendly staff was ready to serve us all a hot breakfast at 6:00am with eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, donuts, and coffee. Our kids were extremily happy to be treated so well, and we are happy to say would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again next year!
