I love the friendly and informative staff. Any and all questions I had were quickly answered. Everyone seemed very eager to help anyway they could. And the view from our balcony was unforgettable. I have some of the best pictures of sunsets and could watch dolphins from balcony in morning and late evening. The beach was just a few steps across (I hate to call it a street) more like a walkway. Several restaurants within small walking distance. And Pier 60 was also just a walk away. WOW!!! I could go on and on. Only a couple of downsides.... No washer and dryer. Not a good wifi signal, but this they were working on the week we stayed. And rooms were slightly older BUT ABSOLUTELY Clean. And a shout out to the lady working breakfast and also to our housekeeper Maria!!! Keep up the Great work for this place!

Our family of 5 (ranging in age from 6-65) really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is an easy and safe walk across an unbusy street. The staff is friendly and VERY helpful. The rooms were nice and included a fridge so that we could keep cold drinks. And you are within a block or so of decent shopping and family-friendly restaurants. The only reason I did not rank this a five is that the "heated" pool was a little chilly and the breakfast, which was decent, could only be eaten in the breakfast area and not taken to our room to eat on our balcony while looking at the beach. However, there is a McDonalds next door and you can pick up breakfast there and eat on your balcony.

I love this hotel! This is family owned. We recently stayed here. Even though the gulf temp was chilly we still enjoyed ourselves. You can walk right across the street to the beach. We stayed on the fifth floor. The view was amazing from our window. One side is the bay, the other is the gulf. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is the off season. We were the only ones staying there and they treated us wonderful!

I was attending a conferance at the Hilton (about 10 minute walk) and found this place for over twenty dollars less then the conferance rate and had a beutiful view of the ocean and sunsets. My colegues staying at the Hilton had views of the parking lot. The room was a bit run down but clean, and the kitchenette was stocked with plenty of coffee. No internet access. Don't sign up for the wi-fi service, you may have a good signal for a while, but it won't last. The restaurants next door (Crabby Bills and Frenchy's) were quite good.
