I recently stayed 14 nights at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Clearwater, Florida and once again it was a wonderful experience. It's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is the best. Great location.

This was our first time at a Baymont Inn. The people working the desk were friendly and professional, but I'd say this property is due for a renovation. Bed was comfortable and towels were soft (they only provide 2 bath towels unless you ask for more), but overall cleanliness of carpet and furniture was questionable. Good internet connection and good, basic breakfast buffet (waffle iron, biscuits and gravy in addition to cereal, muffins, etc.). Room was quiet, but we ran the fan all night. Overall, I wouldn't pay more than $65 to stay again.

Our stay was fantastic ! Service was second to none! From the time we checked in to the time we left. The staff was kind , informative, and eager to lend a helping hand. Our family left California thinking we can't wait to get to Florida , but we were dreading the fact that we were going to be in a hotel for a solid week. The staff made us feel right at home. Our room was nice and clean. Anytime we needed anything we called the front desk and before the phone had time cool off the staff was knocking on the door with the request. All of the staff members were great but Cecil I would have to say was the MAN! Thanks for everything you did to make us feel right at home. We watched our son play baseball, stayed at a nice place, and were treated great. What more could we ask for ?

Because my parents and sister live nearby, my wife and I have stayed at the Clearwater, FL Baymont Inn numerous times over the past decade, beginning when it was a Comfort Inn property. We have ALWAYS received the best service from all the wonderful personnel there, but especially from Cecil, the manager. We were scheduled to return for a visit mid-week last week. Unfortunately, my father passed away early Monday morning, so we had to move our trip up a few days. I called the hotel and they changed the reservation, allowing us to keep it open-ended as we did not know how long we would be there. Upon our arrival, we discovered that Cecil had given us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. There was a plant and condolence card awaiting us in our room, along with a supply of bottled water. We were given very sincere personal condolences from Cecil and the other desk personnel who were aware of my father's passing. Although we originally chose this property for its location, low cost, and conveniences (e.g., a light breakfast), it is the fine people who work there that keeps us returning time after time. Thank you!
