This is a cute pink hotel with pool and walking distance to the beach. It's simple, but clean and nice. There's a small kitchenette in the room and free wifi.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The rates could be better, but Clearwater is expensive so it's still average.

The location is at the North end so it is not very busy at all but within walking distance to everywhere. The room was very clean and a nice size. The bathroom was tiny but we only need it to take a shower so it worked out fine for us. The owners were very friendly upon arrival and checkout.. The room was VERY clean, there were no problems at all during out stay and will stay there again. You really can't beat it for the rate.

I have stayed here for the past few months whdile strating a new business and looking for a new home. The property is wel kept, management is friendly, rooms are clean......I could list more but the most important thing I can say is.......Book this hotel it's worth it.

The room was only 69 dollars a night, and we where with in walking distance from the beach and local shops and restaurants. The owners where very friendly and helpful. I can not wait until next summer.
