Well this property is perfect for us. I just booked it for the "forth" time. We are middle age, don't like a crowd & sure don't like walking forever to get to the beach. True the rooms are not 5 star large luxury suites but we don't go to the beach to stay a room. They are clean, cozy and perfectly located. No parking cost, no fighting for parking spots & a fantastic staff. There are fabulous eating spots within walking distance. You don't have to dress up for these. We have never been disappointed. We will continue our stay here for years to come. Looking forward to this August.

If you are looking for something fancy, 5 star, or exciting, this hotel may not be a good fit, but the Palm Pavilion Inn was EXACTLY right for us. The pool is small and located in an awkward place (kind of out of the way and across a small ally), the rooms are very small, and the frills of a swanky hotel are definitely lacking. However, the staff is positively stellar, everything was very clean, the whole place is adorable, and the location is just perfect. You'll feel right at home, you'll be provided comfortable parking reserved in a location that is usually bumper to bumper, and best of all you'll be within walking distance from a lively shopping strip, delicious restaurants, and mere seconds from having your toes in the sand...and for a reasonable price!!

Stayed here Saturday night (1/21) prior to a half-marathon on Sunday. Was a little apprehensive, but made the reservation based on other reviews. This place was so cute, a real gem - old Florida, but totally clean and updated room. We had a flat screen tv, ceiling fan, table/chairs, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer and toiletries in updated bathroom. Beds were comfortable and other travelers were quiet (or great soundproofing). Location is beach side (with restaurant right on the beach), just a block or two from the main shopping area. Has a great sun deck which we enjoyed Saturday evening, while listening to the live music from the restaurant. Can't wait to go back in late Spring when we can take the time to enjoy the amenities. You won't be sorry if you decide to reserve here.

We stayed over New Years. Right next to beach. Close to pier 60. Location and price can not be beat.
