We stayed at this property September 2011. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had a microwave and mini fridge which was very convenient especially travelling with an 8 month old. The hotel was very centrally located right of US 19. We were only about 15 minutes away from Clearwater beach. The breakfast was very basic. It consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, donuts, coffee and juice. The hotel served its purpose; I don't have any complaints but nothing to rave about.

The only big issue I had with this place was that my "Non smoking" room smelled strongly of smoke. They offered to change rooms but it was the only king on the first floor so I stayed there. They sprayed some smoke smell remover...didn't completely remove it but it became bearable.

Otherwise, a nice value for this room. Semi -pdated rooms and outside, nice paint job. The furniture itself was a bit old...few chips here and there, and the bathroom needed a major upgrade (it was old school tile, pepto bismol pink). But the bed was comfy, it had a fridge/microwave/sink, and a nice little extended dining/workspace area with a few chairs.

Ac was freezing, which is good minus the fact that its right next to the bed and cannot be adjusted, i had to defuse it with a blanket put across two chairs.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect - it is less than 30 minutes away from attractions such as Pier 60 (Clearwater beach), St. Peterburg Pier, Caladesi Islands, Fred Howard State Park, etc. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was fantastic (clean water). TV worked well, staff was nice, and the price was great. Would recommend this hotel!!

I stayed here for 2 nights and was a little nervous at first because of the outside corridors but I honestly felt really safe. The value can't be beat and even though the room is very outdated, I found the bed, etc to be very clean! I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The tv worked great. The breafkast was okay...but what do you expect for the price? They had english muffins, bagels, cream cheese, toast, fruit, cereal, donuts...not bad. The juice was gross but I am not complaining. The staff was friendly and there were really decent people staying at the hotel. Even though it's right off US 19, I didn't hear it in my room.Oh yeah, my room was big! I would definitely stay there again.
