We had reservations at another Marriott in the area and did not even go inside after driving through the parking lot. We called Marriott and were moved to this hotel, after speaking with the front desk he also upgraded or room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was centrally located with the activities we had planned. It got loud one night, but we stayed on New Years so this was to be expected. Marriott has become my hotel of choice.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for several days prior to a month long stay on Clearwater Beach. We were expecting a budget inn, but the Fairfield far surpassed our expectations. The rooms were nice and clean, the bedding was exceptional, and the rooms were quiet. I like good beds and good bedding, and wasn't dissappointed. I also appreciated the choice of soft or firm pillows. The price is very reasonable, and the Inn is a short drive from the airport.

We recently had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites over an extended holiday weekend. It has a great location for the price, close to a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining, a short and easy ride to the beach, easy access to several main highways and a short ride to the Tampa airport. Brighthouse Field is a 5 minute ride for fellow Phillies fans.
The room was clean & spacious with a cheerful modern decor. Staff was friendly and helpful, recommending some great restaurants in the area. Sarasota, Siesta Keys are a 1.5 hr. drive over the beautiful Sky Bridge. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a great value for a great price.

There was a really weird smell in the lobby. Thank goodness it wasn't in the room. It was an OK hotel. Nothing extraordinary, but definitely not horrible. The view from the room was nice.
