It is such a shame that the prese
nt owners now want to knock down this hotel and build townhouses. They have a duty to the US and the rest of the world to keep history alive. We have had many holidays here in what was and still is a wonderful place. Are we ever going to see it in its full glory again, you would have thought that having allowed those terrible codos to be built next to it they would have learned from that mistake. It seems that those are the very people who put the spanner in the works in the first place, if they had not complained and held up the planning then the work would have been under way before the cedit crunch. All I can say is shame on those condo owners
