The only reason I didn't give this a terrible rating is because the front desk people were so nice. I stayed here a year ago and was very happy. What a difference a year makes. They have several families with children LIVING at the hotel. They never left. The kids played in the parking lot all day and night -- screaming, running around until 10 p.m. and then started up again in the morning. They also enjoyed running the walkways past my room shooting off toy guns. The adults weren't much better. There were several shouting matches with extremely foul language thrown around.

I work on my computer from my hotel room, but I couldn't get much work done, and I couldn't get much sleep. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

There were no accessible rooms available but lucky the room we got had a large enough bathroom that a wheelchair did fit in. Although you couldn't shut the door for privacy. There were three of us in a two double bed room. The beds were not very comfortable. There were only towels for two people and they wouldn't give us any more. Also the kitchenette only had utensils and plates etc for two people. But the worst was the floor> YucK!!! You walk across it once and your socks or feet were black. They only clean these rooms once a week. I'd say the floors haven't been cleaned in years. The staff was very plesant but unable to provide the amenities . Don't know if management made those rules or corporate office made those rules.

No roaches, mostly clean, well lit parking right outside your room. For the price this place cannot be beat. Good wireless. Just right.

Cons: small rooms, cleanliness, some wear and tear, bugs, & intermittent wi-fi.

Time for a more current update. Rated 1 of 2 hotels if you must stay in Casselberry. Must be short cleaning help. Found sheets and towels to be clean but overall, room cleanliness wasn't adequate. It's a pet friendly motel so that must explain whatever was biting us during our fortunately short stay. Since wi-fi isn't consistent, found it frustrating. There are some things we found in need of repair or upgrade. Suppose the $ is the compensation. Recommend to pay more elsewhere nearby for the comfort.
