Let me just start by saying If I had not of got such a great deal on this room ($60 per night), I would have cut my losses and left early. The location, Cape Corel, is way of the Fort Myers and you have to pay a toll just to cross over to this community. The hotel is extremely old and it shows. You feel dirty just being in the room, and the bathroom quality is that of a half way house. What really surprised me, was that the floors where RUBBER. no carpet, but a ugly green rubber floor; really tacky. The Tiki bar that they crown as their flagship, is filled with older locals, shootin' pool, drinkin' beer and being very loud well past 12AM. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable.

It's well worth spending the extra money and spending your time in Fort Myers, or Fort Myers Beach.

I thought this was going to be a nice hotel for the price, boy was I wrong.
It wasn't clean, the sheets were dirty, the towels had seen better days.....I could go on. It just is not worth what they charge. I'm glad we only paid the discount price, but they seriously need to clean that place up. Also, the people from the bar walk by at late hours making as much noise as possible.

We needed a place to stay in cape coral to be near family that we have in cape coral, It was a nice reasonable place. Not a 5 star hotel, but definately worth the price. The staff is very friendly and everyone was very helpful. It was clean and kept nice.
I will definately return when I go visit my family again.

The resort was just what we expected and I must say I was very pleased to say that what the value was fantastic. Very affordable to come from europe at this time. This was our first visit to florida. We will definately stay at the motel again. People are so friendly.
