“Horrible!!!!!”

The place is falling apart, and the staff is even worse. Booked the room 2 months in advance and they gave us a hard time when we tried to get a room that night. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor and everything came flying off when I sat down. Some one tried to break into our room about 1am but got scared off when I started yelling. Should be part of a horror movie!!!!!

Room Tip: I asked for a room street side because it was supposed to be quieter but did not get it. There was...

“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL”

Do not stay here! The room we booked online from Hotwire was in terrible shape. There were no curtains on the windows so the lights from the "Tiki" bar shined in all night. The trim on the wall wasn't fixed to the wall. It was leaning against the wall! There was mold on the wall and the mattress on the filthy bed was hanging on the floor underneath. The refrigerator didn't work. The bedspread had stains on it..... when we asked for another the night manager said that they were all locked up and he couldn't get to them. The neighborhood is simply awful. We took photos and plan to contact Hotwire about this place.

“This motel would have been the perfect location to film the movie Pyscho”

Imagine spending fifty dollars on a hotel room and still feeling totally ripped off. Our a/c unite at home was broken so we went to "Cape Paradise" as a way to get cool. The photo's pretty much tell all.

“Do Not Stay!”

This hotel is in a very bad neighbor hood. We went to florida for our honeymoon and this place sucked. There was sand made into the bed and while we were waiting for our friend to come and get us there were drug deals going on and people that you could tell were high all over this place and we were only here for 30 mins and the manager wouldnt return our money. DO NOT STAY, NOT SAFE!!!!

“Complete trash”

Let me just start by saying If I had not of got such a great deal on this room ($60 per night), I would have cut my losses and left early. The location, Cape Corel, is way of the Fort Myers and you have to pay a toll just to cross over to this community. The hotel is extremely old and it shows. You feel dirty just being in the room, and the bathroom quality is that of a half way house. What really surprised me, was that the floors where RUBBER. no carpet, but a ugly green rubber floor; really tacky. The Tiki bar that they crown as their flagship, is filled with older locals, shootin' pool, drinkin' beer and being very loud well past 12AM. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable.

It's well worth spending the extra money and spending your time in Fort Myers, or Fort Myers Beach.
