Nice property. However, we stayed 3 nights and the first two were very noisy. The first night, someone was locked inside their room and they couldn't be accessed from the outside. So at 1130 pm a locksmith was trying to saw the lock off. All the while, pounding on the door to try and get in. This, in turn, woke up the entire floor. The front desk was called by us and others and it still took 3+ hours of more pounding to get the people out. Whatever happened to just calling the fire department?
The second night, was better but still noisy. This time, in the room next to us, a couple came back from, clearly being out drinking, and had an argument. Again, the front desk was notified and the argument continued for another hour.
Both nights we were up 2+ hours. We have a 2 year old that did not need to be awake at that hour.
The third night was nice and quiet.
When I mentioned to the front desk that this was by far the loudest hotel I had ever been in, she stated that this was not the norm. My husband let her know that we would not be back. Her response was, "we can't please everyone". Our first night was refunded for our trouble.
Room Tip: Stay on the parking lot side, away from the street. Preferably on an end room.

I apolgize for this inconvenience.
We are not normally a noisy hotel. Due to unforunate circumstances of having someone get locked INSIDE their room and trying to get them out -- it was noisy.
I am sending you a separate email, asking you to contact me directly, so I may comp 2nd night with us. This should have been done at your check out time, and I am sorry it wasn't.
Sincerely,
Linda Mulch
