Wonderful hotel in Cape Coral. We've stayed here twice and found it comfortable and dependable with friendly, helpful personnel. The breakfast is plentiful and available later than most hotels; until 10 am. The room is comfortable, flat screen LG tv in the room along with a small frig and microwave. The A/C worked well and quietly. We slept as well in our quiet room as we do at home. Otis Spunkmeyer cookies are a plus!

We recently stayed 6 nights at this wonderful property. Hotel was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Quiet location. Breakfasts were among the best we've had in similar hotel; lots of choices, plentiful, and very well presented. Pool area spotless and comfortable. Best of all, employees were very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Whether front desk, breakfast, maintainence or management personnel, each was unfailingly pleasant. Best on the Cape! Would highly recommend.

We go to the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers bike nights a couple of times a year. Coming from Miami, that means a hotel is necessary ! The Hampton Inn is right at the end of the downtown party area - you can stumble back to the hotel after enjoying a couple of "adult beverages". Hotel is clean, well run, with comfortable rooms - can't ask much more ...

Nice property. However, we stayed 3 nights and the first two were very noisy. The first night, someone was locked inside their room and they couldn't be accessed from the outside. So at 1130 pm a locksmith was trying to saw the lock off. All the while, pounding on the door to try and get in. This, in turn, woke up the entire floor. The front desk was called by us and others and it still took 3+ hours of more pounding to get the people out. Whatever happened to just calling the fire department?
The second night, was better but still noisy. This time, in the room next to us, a couple came back from, clearly being out drinking, and had an argument. Again, the front desk was notified and the argument continued for another hour.
Both nights we were up 2+ hours. We have a 2 year old that did not need to be awake at that hour.
The third night was nice and quiet.
When I mentioned to the front desk that this was by far the loudest hotel I had ever been in, she stated that this was not the norm. My husband let her know that we would not be back. Her response was, "we can't please everyone". Our first night was refunded for our trouble.
