Stayed here a few days prior to our cruise. They have a shuttle service that delivered us to our ship. Good complimentary breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. The location adjacent to Hertz made it easy for us to return our rental car. Would definately stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel one night prior to my cruise on the Carnival Dream on 1.6.12. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 rooms one on the 1st floor and one on the fourth floor. My 4th floor room was handicap accessible which made it a little larger.The bed was very comfy but the shower door was broke which would have been annoying had we stayed longer. Since we were only there one day no biggie. IMO it was too cold for the pool but many people enjoyed it during my stay. The business center was very helpful and my hubby and I liked playing in the arcade. Bfast was wayy too busy but the wait was worth it as the food was great. The driver (male) sorry forgot his name but he was awesome. Clearly made the ride to the port interesting. Overall we had a great stay would definitely stay again.

This was the first time we cruised out of Orlando. After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor for this hotel, I booked it for my family. We found it to be very clean and comfortable during our overnight stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had rented a vehicle (sure beats a taxi or shuttle from the airport)and did not have any problem leaving it on the hotel property while I was cruising. The jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. There are three things that I would like to highlight about my stay:

Breakfast: Very good and staff was on top of the cleaning and keeping the food stocked during the very busy morning.

Shuttle to/from the port: We were given a time when we would load our luggage and leave. That time was actually met. Both of the shuttle drivers (married couple) were very nice and fun to ride with. When we got off of the ship, our shuttle was there to pick us up in about five minutes. We were back at the hotel by 9:00am. Good job!

Places to eat in the area: If you did not have a vehicle, you would have to eat at Burger King or get something from the hotel snack bar. Oh yea, there is pizza delivery if you like.

Final thoughts, I would stay here again.

There were 10 of us that were going on a cruise and all of us decided to stay at Country Inn since they had a cruise package which included leaving your car at the hotel and they would shuttle you to the cruise terminal and pick you up when you get back. Worked great. The hotel was very nice as all Country Inn & Suites that I have been to are. The customer service staff are friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good. This hotel is close to many top restaurants in the area as it also is the closest hotel to the cruise terminals. Going on a cruise from Port Canaveral? This is a great place to stay.
