and were so happy with the large accommodations, full kitchen, large heated oceanfront pool and great restaurants around us. The balconies on this unit all are directly looking at the beach and it has three balconies cause it's an end unit. We really liked the master bedroom, with a King bed and beautiful views from the picture window. The Disney parks are about 50 minutes away. Restaurants on the pier were great. Highly recommend this place and am coming back next year too!

We rented Unit 908 through Space Coast Management, a property management company in Cape Canaveral. Very efficient company with many different properties to offer. This is a 9 storey building right on the beach in Cape Canaveral. All units (except for ground floor and perhaps 2nd floor) have spectacular views from their balconies. 2 and 3 bedroom units. Bus stop across the street. One mile walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier with its lovely restaurants. View of cruise ships at Port Canaveral from both sides of the condos. Very well maintained building. Pool area is very clean - saline solution instead of chlorine which was very nice. Pool closes at dusk and so no worry of rowdiness. Most renters/owners in the winter months are snowbirds from the northern US and Canada. Very friendly. Decor and condition of each condo will depend entirely on the owner. Ask for pictures (preferable with a date stamp on them). Suggest going on a 5 hour Victor Casino Cruise. Sails from Terminal B at Port Canaveral and cost is $10 plus whatever food and drink you purchase on board. Live entertainment. Deck chairs and lots of great casino games.

We discovered this property using Google and rented it through a local real estate company. We're paying about 3K for the entire month of March which seems to be the going rate for a 2BR, 2 bath condo right on the beach. We're on the 4th floor of the 9 story building and have great views of the beach. (If oceanfront/oceanview is important to you, be sure to rent 3rd floor or above.) The heated pool and grounds are kept in great shape by the two man crew and although you need to use your room key for everything....pool area, outside showers, elevator, etc.....it's all about security. Many retirees are here w/ a few families w/ children. Nights are quiet. We've been to many beaches and this beach (Cocoa Beach) is the best! Very wide beach, shallow part of the ocean that runs about a mile to the north and at least two miles south of Canaveral Towers. About a mile to the Cocoa Beach pier. We have thoroughly enjoyed our month here.

We had a great time in Unit 805. This unit has a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and newer cabinets and appliances. If you are staying for a while the pantry would be great. As another reviewer mentioned there are security locks which are somewhat of a pain but these are meant to make you feel more secure not less. If you go to the more up scale developments you find they are gated so I guess that would terrify the other reviewer. The grounds are well kept and the large pool is heated for winter visitors. Am thinking about buying a unit in this building for my retirment "snow bird" home.
