We arrived on Sunday night. The parking lot was nearly empty but the selection of rooms was limited. We were given room 107. The curtains cannot be closed because the tracks end prematurely, probably so as not to block the noisy heater with a loose control knob. This could have been fixed with shorter curtains. The bulb in the floor lamp was apparently burned out. The Internet was extremely slow and in fact unusable. The room did not smell great with an unidentifable smell of some sort of cleaning solution. Dogs are welcomed as we saw a yapper entering the hotel. The single desk clerk was receiving more telephone calls than he could handle. This is all a shame because with better management this nonsense could be avoided.
