We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and and a wonderful time The housekeeping staff was fabulous and the office staff was very attentive. Our room was in top notch condition when we arrived. We wil be back..It is very modern for a beach resort.

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, the condo was very roomy and beautiful plasma tvs with dvd players. Room service was available each day and the desk person, Susan was extremely helpful and courteous. The island is a very quiet place with nice restaurants on the beach. If you are looking for excitement, this is not the place.
We rented a scooter and toured the whole island. My only negative was I wish the condo was on the beach, this is across the street. The beaches were clean and very few people this time of the year. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

My wife and I and another couple had been planning a vacation for months. It took us forever to decide on a location since we were coming in from different parts of the US. So we finally decided on Anna Maria Island with flight costs and logding our two biggest concerns. Southwest took care of the first, and The Beach Club took care of the second. We were worried since there were no reviews (until well after we booked), but all the pictures we saw online (many different sites had the same picks - kayak.com has the most) made the place look clean, updated, modern, and of course, close to the beach.

We were not diasppointed at all. The room was clean, the decor was stylish, materials were top quality, and layout was well thought out. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and well placed on the grounds (some shade!). The staff was extremely helpful (ask for Susan). The location of the resort is great, just a little wary of the traffic on the street with a blind curve as you cross to the beach (though we never had a problem). However, the best part is the roof deck. Great views of the beach, plenty of room, very relaxing.

All in all, we are considering a return trip next year (if we can get the same rate!). With no reviews at the time of our booking, we felt it necessary to put one up. We were very pleased - accomodations like a 4 star hotel - just no room service. You'll be happy you stayed here. We are.

These units are very modern with nice furnishings, high-end kitchen (for a rental), and very nice amenities (they provide beach chairs and towels.. saving valuable packing room and all the little things such as laundry/dish-washer detergent.. items many rentals do not provide)

Management was very friendly and helpful orienting us to the area.

The only dings I can give are that

a) the walls have far too little sound insulation (and/or maybe its just the buddy-doors that can connect the units via the interior).. we had to run the bathroom fan at night to create enough white-noise to mask out the neighbors from both sides.. neither of whom were particularly loud.. again, sound just traveled)
b) the free wi-fi does not reach the far end of the building.

I would probably go back, but the thin walls were enough to make me willing to investigate other options.
