We have stayed here for the second year in a row as a group of 25+. Ruth does an excellent job of helping us and making sure that everything is great for our group. Kyle at the front desk was also great and is definitely one of the best front desk employee I have ever dealt with. The hotel is clean, breakfast is great, and the employees are fabulous. Location is also perfect whether you are in Naples or running around Bonita Springs.

I arrived, and was welcomed by Kyle at the front desk. I stay in quite a number of hotels/motels each year....and I think that Kyle should EDUCATE all front desk employees the world over in the 'correct' way to welcome a guest.....his approach is just excellent.
Yes, the property is not NEW, but it is well cared for. Room and bath were super clean with a very comfortable bed....great 'free' wi-fi'...lots of hot water in the shower....excellent 'hot' breakfast included in the rate....with decent coffee (always a plus!)....and every staff member with whom I came in contact with was friendly with a smile and an 'hello.' If you are looking for the most reasonable rate in a clean, comfortable hotel in Bonita Springs/Estero/North Naples... this is THE PLACE!!!

We checked out a few hotels in the Naples area, last minute, as we needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. On arriving at this Hampton Inn we were immediately struck by the friendly, warm, atmosphere.
Ruth, the "mother hen" I'd say, showed us a room which was overlooking the lake.
Our decision was instant. This is where we'll stay.
The Hampton had recently been refurbished and was very clean throughout.
The beds were extremely comfortable and what a bonus to have a microwave & refrigerator in our room.
Our choice was vindicated when we read in the local "Naples daily news" that this Hampton had gained a 100% pass mark from the County Enviromental Health Dept. for food, health & hygiene.

This is a 15+ year-old Hampton; it is a little tired, but probably appropriately priced. Ruth, the General Manager, is a hard worker with caring and maternal instincts. I had requested a room that was as free as possible of mold issues and she had kindly arranged to replace the feather pillows with foam. This room was OK for allergies. However, every time I entered my room, I cringed at the sight of a 30" diamenter mold stain around an electrical box on the ceiling in this third-floor hallway.
