I stayed two nights at this property and found it to be completely satisfactory. My room was clean with reasonably comfortable bedding. The staff was friendly and efficient during check in and helpful in answering my questions about local services. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but certainly adequate for someone looking for a quick meal to get the day started. Parking is adequate and the hotel was very quiet during my stay. I would certainly consider staying again during my next visit to the area.

While reviewing a hotel is likely second only to reviewing a restaurant in subjectivity, I hold contrary views to the immediate preceeding reviews of this property.

In short I found a four day stay to be quite satisfactory in material respects.

Yes the lobby computer was "slower than molasses' and some "God-awful' XM Lite Rock channel was "wailing' away in the background, but the cleanliness of the property was quite sufficient as was the state of its repair.

Chainwide, it appears that HI Express has upgraded their complimentary Breakfast offerings in recent times. The quality of preparation appeared comprable to the several other Express properties at which I find myself staying at during a year.

True, this is an older property (converted from a full service HI) and as such it could very easily "go to pot' - and fast. But that has simply not happened - and I have been staying at there by choice once or twice each Season now for the past fifteen years. The owners are clearly committed to its maintenance, and the General Manager, who has been there for the past twelve years, indeed runs a "tight ship'.

While this hotel is adjacent to a Hilton property located to the East on the other side of the Florida Turnpike, a review of rates for an identical stay Show that this Express' rates to be a good 33% less than the Hilton. To me this Holiday Inn Express represents good value.

I'm sorry to learn that other reviewers do not share my thoughts regarding this property, but I simply hold that those critical comments are without foundation.

This place is not the place to stay, I laptop was stolen off a luggage cart in the hall 15 feet from where i was standing!!!! Management was sorry and nothing like this had happend before . ( right ) No cams in that hall, So no cams around the ONLY elevator in the whole place ????? Nice . Anyway they are sorry and will keep an eye out for it . I will not be staying here, if you will be, be carefull !!!!!!!

This was the WORST Holiday Inn i have stayed at. I WILL never recommend or stay at this facility again; no matter if its free or not. I was on business (My company paid for my hotels so price really wasnt a question). I booked this hotel because of the free breakfast and it was where i needed to go...

The Hotel was old style; the bedsheets were "Lime Green" and the entire staff was HORRIBLE. I actually checked out and went to another facility because of how horrible they were. I said hello to one of the employees (serving breakfast) and she just looked at me and said nothing. I said hello to the Hotel clerk and same thing.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It Smelt funny also
