“A great spot to stay or for your next event!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

We recently got married at The Addison, which is a property near to the Boca Resort. We set up a room block for all of our guests to stay at the Boca Resort during the weekend of our wedding. Not only is the property absolutely beautiful, but the service was top-notch. We arranged for them to deliver room bags to our guests and coordinated a transportation company to come in and out of the resort to drive guests to our wedding venue. The day after our wedding, we set up a brunch for a group of over 90 people. The process was so easy, and their staff was great. Everything ran so smoothly and the food was delicious. Special thank you to Mariann Morris who helped us get the brunch setup – from step one, she was on top of everything and assured us that everything would be taken care of. She went the extra step and helped us find a space that would work perfectly for our group. We could not have been more pleased with the effort they went to accommodate our group. We would definitely recommend the Boca Resort for your next event!

“Better Than Expected!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

A TRUE 5 star hotel! We stayed in the Yacht Suites & the roo, balcony & view were spectacular! Service was impeccable from the moment we called to make the reservation till the moment we left. Staff is well-trained & extremely efficient & friendly. The lime water in the lobby is a nice touch! The grounds are so beautiful & tranquil, they beg to be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll. The restaurants were good; nothing spectacular, but better than having to leave the property! Room service was exceptional; eggs cooked to perfection, steaming coffee, fresh juice; all served by a very helpful waiter. (a bit costly, but woth the luxury of eating in bed!) Hopefully we'll return again this October. It was a real treat!

Room Tip: Leave it up to them; they gave us an exceptional room!

“Mostly upscale but not quite 5 star”

Stayed here for a romantic getaway/tennis weekend. Pricey, clearly a "destination" hotel but lacks some attention to detail, probably as a result of being so large. Even recently renovated Tower rooms were not as sleek as rooms like at W hotels. I heard Cloister rooms were worse but heard positive things about Beach Club. Breakfast buffet was good, fairly reasonable at $29. Could hear noise from adjacent rooms, which surprised me given priciness of rooms. Centrally-located. Staff were friendly but forgot to call us when room was ready (waited 2 hours after being told it would be a short time) but made up for it by allowing needed late check-out.

“Relaxing!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

I've been to the Boca Raton Resort twice, both times for conferences. What a wonderful location to attend to business, but also offers avenues of escape. Beach is very good! Restaurants are actually worth staying in the hotel for (the breakfast buffet is magnificent). My only complaint was that neither time did I stay in the tower. My rooms in this otherwise attractive hotel, were quite ordinary. They were clean and well-appointed, but very standard.
I would like to come back, though with the prices they charge, I might have to stick to conferences and their special rates.

“luxurious accommodations”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

I have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for the last 20 years and it has gone through a lot of changes (refurbishing, several owners, etc.). I stay in the Tower which has lovely rooms (most overlooking either the inland waterway or the golf course). Try to get a room on a higher floor as rooms on lower floors have views blocked by the roofs of other buildings. I haven't stayed in the Cloister rooms for several years but am told the rooms are smaller and most lack views. The restaurants are first rate. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel adds $20 a day to your charges to cover tips, newspaper, coffee in room, etc. (although we always run into a few who seem to expect a tip).

Room Tip: Higher floors in Tower have the best views and are very quiet.
