“Nice Place to stay.”

This hotel was clean, staff helpful and very nice. We all loved the pool, it was a nice size, the hot tub was very relaxing. Surprised to find a fridge and microwave in our room. Breakfast was good too, there were eggs and ham/sausage too - it was tasty! Would surely stay again. We went to the beaches, it was nice to stay here because it wasnt close to all the hustle, it is only 32 or so miles from Rehoboth. One of the best things is the location, directly off the hwy, with food services, gas station, and local walmart plaza right in the back of the hotel. Enjoyable stay!

“A +++ CLASS ACT HOTEL, THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN YOU'LL WANT TO STAY”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 July 2010

The Hampton Inn located in Seaford De, approx. 45 min. from the beach is the absolute BEST place to stay in town. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby was decorated in a very cozy lush style. The hotel is located in a good area with a nice pond on the side of the building surrounded by trees.
The rooms were very clean and their bedding and linen are out of this world, a great night's sleep !! The pool, hot tub and excersise room were very well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs with peppers and steak, seasoned potato's, cereal, waffles, blue berry muffins, hot cinnamon rolls, fruit, juice and coffee.
Although you may find a hotel in town that is a little cheaper, remember these words...You get what you pay for.
I highly recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future!!!

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located on a bus stop that connects the American Discovery Trail through Bridgeville with Seaford (at Walmart). The hotel was a welcome refuge after a long day of hiking. My room was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly.

“Nice place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 May 2010

This was a very nice simple Hampton in the Seaford area. I really had no idea what to expect from a town called Seaford, DE, however this was a nice spot. The hotel is conveniently located next to several restaurants and stores. Check In was nice, easy and very friendly. The room seemed a little small however very adequate and quite clean. Breakfast was standard. Great shower which is the most important feature in my book. I would definitely stay there again if anywhere near the area.

“Clean, comfortable, well-managed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 December 2009

This is what a hotel should be: clean rooms, great bed, good free breakfast etc. We stayed at more expensive hotels with less satisfaction.

Our only beef was that the HBO channel was unwatchable due to the local Comcast idiots who put a channel info banner across the screen so the movies were impossible to view. I called to the front desk who confirmed it was on all TV's and she could not fix it. I emailed a complaint to corporate and the local manager called me to apologize. I was a resident of the area so know how badly the local Comcast office is run and suggested he had the clout to complain to them.

Bonus: this hotel give coupons for 10% off at Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse and Grottos. We chose the steakhouse and had a great meal. It's just across the highway. Saved $3-4 :-)

Also an hour after checking in the front desk called up to ask if everything was good (this was before the HBO situation appeared). It was. Good management.
