we love rehoboth and this is the best place to stay, me and my fiance live in frederick md and we are getting married on valentimes day 2012 we will be staying here for 2 days and we cant wait we have the luxury jacuzzi room and we are very excited!...alex moore if you see this hook us up.

My family stayed here last summer and it was a wonderful hotel. The location is great, free parking(if you haven't been in Rehoboth in the summer, this a great thing), free beach chairs and a homemade substantial breakfast. This hotel feels like you are staying someplace special, not a big chain and not a dumpy beach but a very unique place in the world we live in.
Our room was huge. We had 2 queen beds plus a fantastic pull out couch, which looked new.
Everything about the Avenue Inn is well done.
We went during the busiest time of the year and the price was a little steep for me but it was worth every penny because it was so nice and convenient to everything, the beach, the boardwalk and lots of restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay here. My husband and I visit rehoboth a few times a year so we know the area well and have stayed at some very nice hotels. We actually chose the avenue inn because I liked the amenities and the price was better than the hotel we usually stay at , so we figured it was worth a try,especially since it was rated #1 on trip advisor. I can't say enough about this hotel...the staff was wonderful,especially the manager.we even had the misfortune of waking up to a flat tire and he had one of his staff help us and then advised us on a garage to have our tire fixed. The breakfast was great,the cookies at night made the whole lobby smell like chocolate chip cookies and there is wine and cheese from 5-7 pm ,we even missed the wine and cheese one night and the employee working the front desk at the time offered to get us a glass of wine anyway. The pool ,hot tub,sauna and steam room were all beautiful and spotless,we actually didn't have enough time to use all of the amenities since we were out a lot at restaurants and enjoying everything else rehoboth beach has to offer,especially since we had 50 and 60 degree weather in January! We are already planning our trip back and we can't wait to bring our grandson to the indoor heated pool.

I just returned from my annual girlfriends getaway. This year, we chose Avenue Inn & Spa and I am so glad we did! From the friendly folks at the front desk, to the immaculate, cozy & comfortable rooms our stay couldn't have been any better. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, shops and very close to the boardwalk. Our favorite touches were the wine & cheese happy hour, warm chocolate chip cookies and complimentary breakfast. The french toast casserole and egg bake were scrumptious! We will certainly choose this hotel for a return visit!
