“Totally relaxing, like being at your own beach house”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 September 2010

Relaxing, quiet, calm place to stay at the beach with casual but not kitchy beach decor in soothing blues and yellows. Lots of shared spaces to hang out and relax, read, or have a glass of wine including several porches, decks, and garden. Yet it feels very private like being at your own beach house. Rooms are small and furnishings are simple, so missed things like night tables or a place to keep toiletries or even a bedside book. Also not enough reading light. But it was perfect for a weekend getaway and we'll definitely return. Thanks Tom for your hospitality, suggestions, and chocolate!

“Loved it!”

Tom is an excellent host who always had a smile for us and was so helpful in every way. The guest house is sparkling clean and our room had a very comfortable bed. Loved the simplicity of the place with white walls and painted furniture. Very “beachy.” It is our new favorite place in Rehoboth and we look forward to making it a yearly destination.

This was the best stop of our road trip. Rehoboth is an awesome place has managed to stay somehow quaint, but exciting. Tom was awesome, the rooms were perfect (we would stay in any room). The rooms are smaller, but it is a guest house and that is to be expected. It was raining a good part of our stay and I am glad we were trapped at the Rehoboth Beach Guest House! The guests of the hotel were all friendly and it was very quiet. Easy walk to anywhere you would want to go in town. I used the outdoor showers throughout our stay, amazing. We would return to this B&B without hesitation any time of the year unless we were bringing our dogs. We hated to leave and cannot wait to return!

“This place was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and the location couldn't be better.”

This was our first trip to rehoboth beach and had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before so we really didn't know what to expect. We decided to pay a small amount more and stay in room 32 which had its own private bath. The place was so much cleaner and quieter than a chain or large hotel. We did peak a look at the shared bathrooms and they were also very clean. I would not have a problem using one of these if a room with a private bath was not available. Tom the innkeeper was very personable and had a good knowledge of the area so we never had a problem finding our way around or a good place to eat. We are already planning our next trip to rehoboth and will definitely be staying here again. In my opinion you can't beat the value and location of this bed and breakfast. Thank you Tom for making our stay so comfortable! A++ Highly recomended!

“Charming Guest House-No frills but great location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 October 2009

We opted for a room with a shared bathroom. The room and the bathroom were clean, but a little outdated and nothing fancy. The owner Tom is awesome, and was always willing to offer advice on a restaurant, shopping, sightseeing, and he was always accompanied by his dog, which we loved! The guesthouse is located on a quiet little side street, just off the main drag and 2 blocks from the beach, a a great location! There is also a great back patio, perfect for late afternoon cocktails or just relaxing with a book! Overall a little pricey for what you get, but we had a really positive experience.
