“Nice little place”

Little to say the least, the guesthouse is rather large. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Though you will be making your own bed each morning but that's ok. What this place lacks in luxury it makes up for in service and value. My partner and I had a great time and Tom the manager really was amazing. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Recommend rooms on the top floor. 34 was very nice, king side bed, lot of sunlight. We were in 12...

“Wonderful Girls Weekend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011

I stayed here for a girls' weekend in July and loved the house, the courtyard, the location and the owner. The house has several rooms, and I got plenty of sleep while there. The breakfast in the morning was decent. When we arrived the owner, who remembers everyone, gave us a tour of the street behind the house...when you walk through the back yard and down a little alley you are all the sudden in a cute commercial area! My favorite part was the backyard/courtyard with wooden framed showers to rinse off the sand. It's like being at home at the beach. They also let us store our bags and use the outdoor showers after check-out so that we could enjoy the beach before going home. You also get a parking spot with your room, which is VERY valuable in Rehoboth. I would definitely stay here again.

“One word... lovely : )”

My mom and I stayed at the Rehoboth Guest House for 3 days for a long weekend away. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The location is great, as it is only two blocks away from the main part of Rehoboth, but... there is a secret entrance in the back that takes you right over to the next block, so the walk to the main street is only a quick minute. When we arrived, our keys were laid out for us right next to a basket of cookies... such a warm welcome! Tom, the "inn keeper" was wonderful, giving us a tour of the house and tips on where to go and what to do. Breakfast was simple, but perfect and it was nice getting to chat with the others staying there. The wi-fi worked in our second floor room, which is a nice perk! If you're looking for a fancy, expense hotel, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a homey, relaxing, welcoming place to call home for a few days, the Rehoboth Guest House is just the right place :)

PS - When we stayed here, we didn't hear a peep while we were sleeping... we slept 12 hours each night in pure silence... bliss! :)

“Perfect Vacation Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 July 2011

I was delighted from the moment I arrived. The place is charming, exceptionally clean. and managed by a gracious, attentive and delightful man. The arrival packet had all the info you needed and easy directions for parking. The room was bright and the bed was firm with fresh linens and fluffy pillows - when does that happen? Snacks always available, a nice continental breakfast, and a great host with a house dog who is sweet and well behaved. Tom, the manager, had great suggestions for drinks and dinners. Its an easy walk to the beach and the people staying there were friendly. It was a perfect place for our vacation.

“All we hoped for and more”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 June 2011

So often you see things on the websites and read reviews and it never pans out.

At the Rehoboth Guest House, this was not the case; it was everything we thought and more.

We checked in late (9pm) and met Tom, the manager. He was more than helpful and kind and courteous; even with our delayed arrival. The room was just as pictured and spotless.

The breakfasts (enjoyed in rocking chairs on the wide open front porch) were light, fresh, and delicious; consisting of fresh pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, beverages. The Saturday afternoon wine and cheese was relaxing and a great added touch.

We were very sad to leave; it was the perfect weekend away! Thank you so much Tom (and Maxine!); your bed and breakfast was second to none, and we WILL be back as soon as we can.
