Attitude of line staff in this hotel is excellent. Betty at the FD is very friendly, staff at breakfast & dinner service take time to say hello to guests, same as the houseman Dell. Housekeepers generally greet you as well. GM & AGM of this property do not take time to know especially long-term guests. They even avoid eye-contact especially the AGM and the head of maintenance. WI-FI is so slow and you would think management would give compensation especially living here for the past 6 months! One positive remark about this property is their acceptance of pets - which is why we are here - but you would think they will provide, the least, garbage around the property to throw poop-bags in, but no! ... you have to walk a mile to find garbage cans. Very inconvenient especially if you are staying in one of the rooms at the end. Rooms are generally clean. Daily room maid service cleanliness depends on how much tip you leave. Unfortunately, this is the most logical hotel to stay at that accepts pets.
