this hotel is not only clean, fresh, and so very cosey. that i dont stay any where else for nothing. i dont care what spec ials or deals they have in other places, because peace
of mind and comfertability is my concern. also the employees here are so welcoming
they really care that you are comfortable and happy.

Two friends and I considered quite a few different options down closer to the shore.....much more expensive, not nearly as nice. We reserved the two-room suite, with a king bed and sofa bed, and couldn't have been happier....it fit our needs perfectly. Very nice pool topped it off.....absolutely would stay again next time in the area!

amazing that they can charge $90 for a room off season, but they do because there isn't anywhere else decent to stay in Milford.
Our room was spacious, clean, with a refrig. and microwave. Free breakfast in lobby.
Good TV lineup with HBO.
2 stories with no elevator so seniors or others unable to lug stuff up stairs should request ground floor.
Americinn's reservation policy is very harsh-48 hours advance cancellation or you get charged. So we waited til we got there.

I visit coastal Delaware for the wonderful birding. This motel is located about midway between the most popular birding destinations, so it's perfect in that regard. Often, motel breakfasts aren't available early enough for those of us who want to get an early start, but AmericInn's full breakfast was ready before 6 AM. Everything was right about the room. It was very clean, with comfortable reading and desk chairs and bed. The bathroom had my number 1 priority--great light! Can't find a single negative. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience!
