We needed a pet friendly hotel and chose this property. Our pet room was conveniently located to a rear exit and spotless clean. Our dog did not go on his usual sniffathon in the room so the $25.00/night fee evidently pays for thorough cleaning between guests. Yes the carpet was frayed in a few places but it is a pet room so we understood. The staff was extremely friendly. The food on the continental breakfast could have been fresher, ie, the danish were hard, the orange juice and the waffle syrup tasted funny. Given the slow season perhaps they just had too much stock on hand at the time. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient to our plans. Never paid a pet fee before but was okay with it...

We wanted to get a suite, so our little one can go to bed early and we don't. So, at the last minute we changed to a hotel with suite options. We had never stayed at a Sleep Inn, so we were a bit worried. All worries were totally gone as soon as we walked in the lobby. The staff (esp Amanda) is super nice and they worked to accommodate us. We got a really nice suite (on our tight budget!). The room is really nice, with all the amenities that generally come with a suite. We love the layout of the room, with the bathroom in the master suite, which avoids having to wake up our little one who is sleeping in the living room.

This was my fiance and my first time staying at a Sleep Inn and Suites. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left, we had a perfect stay. When we walked in to check in, check in went so smoothly and the front desk staff was very helpful in reference to our preference for what floor we wanted to be on. When it came time for dinner, Amanda who was on that night gave us an awesome suggestion for bbq. Thank you Amanda for all your help and dinner was the best bbq we had in a long time. The location of this hotel is really good because there are many things in to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thanks to everyone at Sleep Inn for a great vacation weekend.

I would like to express our appreciation for the manner in which we were treated by the staff at the Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach Area for an over-night on Sept. 21, 2011. Our thanks to Michelle Hostedler, GM and especially to Amanda Kessler, Front Office Mgr. for the manner in which we were treated at their hotel. We had experienced great difficulty in finding a suitable location in the Dover and Rehoboth Beach area, when we located the Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach Area.
