I travel here for business. This is one of my favorite hotels because everything is here that you need. Once you get in from a long day at the office, you park the rental car and don't have to drive anywhere.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaraunts in the casino are all excellent. Don't miss the Elvis show... even if you aren't an Elvis fan. It is very entertaining!

On the down side you do get the occasional noisy partying patrons. Also the gym hours are not conducive to the business travellers.

My husband stayed at Dover over the weekend of Jan 14-16. We have been to many casinos around the country. While this was the fancest it was definately nice. The room was spacious and clean.It was very quite when we sleep. If you like some background noise I would suggest bringing a fan with you. Additionally the pilliows were very flat so if you like fluffy pilliows bring some from home. We enjoyed the pool. The whole pool room was very warm and the water was great. However the jets on the jacuzzi seemed to be broken. The casino was nice and large. We did lose but that is expected when we go gambling. Over all this is a nice place to get away for a weekend.

we came there to celebrate our honeymoon for just a night since we have 3 kids in diapers at home. the room was BEAUTIFUL. we usually stay at Hyatt's, and this room far surpassed any of our Hyatt rooms in Newport. we had a king room, very nice. comfy bed. the staff there are just wonderful, we played blackjack for 8 hours, till 3AM. the Blackjack dealers and pit bosses were wonderful, very friendly, very nice. the buffet was great....very good food. and the horses were running, that was a perk. we ended up walking away with 3 times as much as we went there with. so all in all a very good experience. we will be returning (we hope) in march. love this place!

We come here alot and many times get comped rooms. What makes this hotel & casino extra nice is that it is SMOKE-FREE. No second hand smoke here!

Casino is very nice size with alot of good slot games. I even won $450.00+ the last time we were here and that was on a penny game, with me betting just 60 cents. It made the evening even more enjoyable :) Table games too. Clean and well lighted. Hotel is good with large rooms and comfy beds and linens. Extra large shower with good water pressure. Good morning kiosk to get your coffee/tea & pastry at. Buffet is very reasonable for what it is...and it is pretty darn good. What makes it unattractive is the MANY people who must think this is there very last meal, by the looks of the amount of food on their plate. People...you can go back for more if needed. Save some for the other paying guests. Buffet room floor can get nasty...again, by the people who are eating here with ALL the food they have on their plates. Food is hot. Cocktail service in the casino is good...no free cocktails here, but the cost is minimum.

A nice, clean hotel to stay at and is perfect if you gamble in the casino.
