My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Sept/Oct for the fall Nascar race. Upon checking in, the staff was very friendly and the hotel looked very clean. We had a room at the end of the hallway on the first floor. It was very quiet and we never heard any of our neighbors or those staying above us. The room consisted of a King size bed, a small fridge, a small coffee pot, a business desk and a decent size bathroom. Breakfast was included w/ our stay and I was very surprised in what they served. They had the typical danishes, bagels, and cereals along w/ different hot entree everyday. The first day was eggs, potatoes and smoked sausage, the second day was a western omlette and ham, and the third day was a cheese omelette and sausage. Very impressive. The breakfast attendent was very quiet and didn't speak, but that didn't bother me. All the other staff we encountered was very friendly. The hotel is a little difficult to find. We actually passed it up. It is located behind the Sheraton and right next to Walmart and Sam's club. The hotel is very close to the track. You could walk if you wanted, but we decided to drive.
We will definitely return here for our next stay in Dover. BTW, if you are a race fan, most of the pit crews stayed at this hotel. My husband was loving it!
