My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. It was a very nice experience. The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff in areas of the hotel is outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to make as feel at home and special. We had wonderful service in the restaurant. The evening we checked in we stopped in for dessert and was well taken care of and felt very welcome. The two buffets we enjoyed for breakfast topped our stay off, along with the great service. Keep up the great service ! Thank you for having us!

Overall my three night stay was perfect.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Philadephia airport and the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for mall and restraunts within a 5 mile radius.

Overall, the room was spacious,hotel staff were great and the food was perfect. Guess I am spoiled with staying in new hotels lately.

My room contained two tv's, ( bigger then what I have at home), with a varity of cable channels. free Internet access.

The bed was comfortable and didn't have that worn out feeling, so me and my husband slept well.

We were able to check in early and get a late checkout.

Again, the staff of the hotel were exceptional. Nice people that take pride in their jobs.

I would recommend this hotel to everybody!!!

Our guests and the entertainment for our 45th Anniversary Celebration were accommodated at the Crown Plaza Wilmington North for the weekend. Our guests told us that the staff was friendly and accommodating, that our guests needs were more than met and the staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Our entertainers in particular were overwhelmed by the comfort, the cleanliness and the up-scale accommodations of the Crowne Plaza Wilmington North.

Chris Connor, Group Sales Manager did a splendid job of coordinating, arranging and delegating our requirements to her staff so that all our needs were met. Our guests had numerous meals in The Embers restaurant and we were well-served by Patricia, Kristy, Mohammed and Julie. The service was prompt, the food was excellent and the restaurant is new, comfortable and appealing ... a good choice for those living in the area as well as guests at the hotel.

As it was our celebration, we stayed for the weekend in a top-floor suite, which was quiet, comfortable and private since room keys are required to ride the elevator to the top floors. We could watch for our guests arriving on Saturday afternoon as all parking is on the same side of the building. After our celebration on Saturday night we were happy to return to our suite, collapse into our comfortable bed and get a good night's sleep after a hectic day.

I was quite pleased with everything in this hotel. We had two very nice buffets on the 2nd and 3rd of May. Servie at the front desk was excellent. I found the servic3e in the resturant also to be very good. Everybody I came in contact with for two days tried to give me the best of service.
