Front desk staff was very nice; provided us a chocolate cookie each night upon request. We did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast. Found service staff very nice. Breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items, so had all areas covered. Many guests had 'coupons' they could redeem for breakfast but we could not figure out how to qualify for them. Rooms were clean.

This hotel is a friendly hotel that does exactly what it says on the box. I have stayed several times over the last few years and no matter what time you arrive you will always get a smile on arrival.
The Shades Bar and Grill which appears to be independent, probably isn't, but does not feel like a dull hotel bar.
Great location, quiet and with just the right facilities.

I have stayed here many times over the last year. The staff is nice, rooms are above average. The pitfall is horrible service in the restaurant. Every visit is the same. The location is close to airport, so nowhere else to walk for dinner. Would be an above average hotel if restaurant staff were better.

I believe this place has been recently remodeled and it shows - from the lobby to the hallways to the room, everything seemed mostly brand new - that is where I stayed (a few times) on the 5th floor.

The attached restaurant/bar is also very good with friendly staff, a good selection of drafts including some local ones and decent bar food

Staff/Service was great throughout all my stays and for a hotel near to Bradley airport I'd be hard pressed to find something better
